142809th place in the world! lol Originally uploaded by Declan! I ran a 10K Nike race on 8/31/08 which started at 8:31:08PM PST. I finished the race without stopping, and averaged 10’55 per mile. (yes I know it was in KM) 😉

Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger
Today I ran 3 miles at 8 minutes, 18 seconds per mile. Then I crashed the final last mile to have an 12 minutes per mile average. Hopefully I’ll be ready for the 10K next weekend!
