My wife sent me an article from the NY times today. Someone had Pinkberry analyzed and it has a bunch of sweetners that are anything but natural.

Nike Plus + Ipod

Left my old Ipod at the hotel in DC a few weeks ago. Of course no one in the hotel could find it. Anywho, I took the opportunity to get an iPod Nano and the Nike Plus Kit. Its pretty neat. I started using it, and it will give you some incentive to make running fun.
